. Established the first-ever recognition system for improvement ideas
increasing the suggestions by employees from 1 implemented idea per
month to 4 ideas per month. The site average implementation is 88%
(vs. 63% in 2007), making the Walton plant rank first in the seating

accident investigation process, leading to a 40% reduction in our
