others. As part of a focused team, team generated annual sales exceeding $100M
Individually responsible for the market cycle of a new vehicular RF Antenna Connection Product,
resulting in multi year contact w/ annual sales exceeding $16M. This sole sourced supply award was for
high frequency (SDARS, HF, etc) interconnect key components used in automotive Telematics applications.
Secured “Approved Supplier “status w/ General Motors Corp., and Delphi Corp.
Additional customer responsibilities include serving select Electronics, Appliance, and
Telecommunications customers in an assigned region.
Additional responsibilities included multi-level and discipline CRM development and management,
market forecasting, significant leadership in the development and management of the product line
Marketing Plan, and in-depth management presentations and reviews.
Senior Sales Engineer – Midwest Region
Responsible for the sales of engineered products produced by ten different OSRAM SYLVANIA
manufacturing facilities throughout North America, serving the Lighting, Appliance, Consumer Electronics,
Medical, Military, and Automotive industries. Technologies included precision injection molded, progressive
and transfer formed metal products, welded wire leads, precious and non-precious metal plating, Lamp
Bases, custom electronic modules and assemblies, and printed circuit boards.
Territory included 13 States and Northern Mexico, with budgeted sales beginning at $5 M, and
successfully growing the territory to in excess of $12 M.
Provided all aspects of sales engineer duties including prospecting, presentations, and design &
engineering reviews, piece price & tooling negotiations, A/R support, documentation management, and
contract review. Interfaced with all levels of management, internally and externally.

Directed the plant’s Materials Management activities ranging from competitive supplier sourcing
and qualification, extensive “spot” and long term agreement negotiations, procurement and scheduling,
production control, and shipping and receiving.
Operation primarily served various intra-company lighting plants, and additionally served the electronics,
CRT, and battery industries with precision formed deep drawn metal bases and components.
