methods and standards, time schedules, budgets, preparing project submittals, bid proposals, and coordinating
with other trades. I am also capable of maintaining smooth working relationships with contractors and customers,
and ensuring that your company complies with applicable codes, standards, and customer terms and conditions.
Projects of Note:
At On Line Consulting Services/ On Line Electric my primary responsibilities included managing the AutoCAD
department and coordinating major projects. Responsibilities included project coordination, detailing and
design of fire alarm and security systems for major hospitals and detention facilities.
Job duties for Kaiser Hospital projects, required layout of new Lenel systems or transition to new Lenel
system according to the owner specifications and needs.
Projects of Note:
At Simplex Time Recorder Company; my primary responsibilities consisted of coordinating with Sales Staff in
the Design and Engineering of Fire Alarm Systems from development of systems from conception to final
product.
Job duties for Elihu M. Harris State Office Building in Oakland, CA required layout and design of a new
Simplex Fire Alarm System according to the specifications issued by the fire protection consultant.
My career goal is to ensure implementation and utilization of the engineering best practices in the area of Fire
Alarm and Security Design. I enjoy being part of the vision, research, planning, and development of a project. I
am confident in my abilities to perform the duties of a Project Engineer / Project Management and responsible for
maintaining positive customer relationships.
