setup racks and bought videos to display for vendors costumers; we design the rental paper work

for the vendor. The vender rented videos to their customers, we checked rentals bi-weekly and

keep a 70% split of all rentals. After Three years of double digits growth company was sold.

C ompany startup in sales 6/87

Setup of a Convenient Store, with gas, grocers, lottery tickets, deli. Providing 15 local

area jobs.

Company startup in real estate 3/89

Overseeing financing of real estate, checked pricing and negotiating price, worked

with contractors on construction and repairs, made deposits, set pricing when sold.

Company startup facility and service company 2/91

C.E.O of company: multi Market Company that growth includes sales increase

from $250,000.00 per year to over 5 million per year and employee increase from 3 employees to

102 employees. This company started in the industrial market, overseeing such objectives as,

waste management, maintenance, janitorial, recycling, outsourcing departments and outsourcing

labor, loading freight, dealing with the EPA and OSHA, working with our industrial partners on

sigma 6 projects and lean management, consulting and land developing. Service Plus also

developed a branch company that started restaurants and hotel business and a supply company. I

dealt with all operations.
