. Oversee the quality, work in process, and production at the various

contract locations to ensure that all standards and timelines are

met. This includes developing/maintaining production schedules,

ensuring compliance with sourcing requirements and traveling to

contract locations to train and communicate all expectations and

standards.

. Identify production sources and manage contracts with them for the

production of assigned styles in accordance with the requirements of

the Fulfillment plan. This includes but is not limited to developing

labor/full package cost estimates, contractor production status

reporting, managing owned equipment and materials at contractor

locations, reporting of the receipt and consumption of raw materials,

and ensuring contractor adheres to specified accounting requirements.

. Submit manufacturing plans according to the fulfillment schedules and

participate in proposals to change the fulfillment plan in both timing

and quantity.

. Negotiate and manage vendor relationships including contract renewals,

client consultation, and management of strategic suppliers

. Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI) activities

. Experience buying screw machines, cold heading, plastic, rubber, fine

blank, springs, motors, coatings (phosphate and oil, zinc, e-coat, and

autophoretic).

internal and external customers in the resolution of problems.

. Production Line Audits to ensure qualified beginning of runs.
