Senior Labor Relations Representative
(2000 - Present):
. Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
. Maintain effective, trusting, and professional relationship with the
Union.
. Interpret and implement collective bargaining agreements. Train /
counsel all levels of Management in accurate contractual
interpretation and application.
. Process and resolve all grievances.
. Investigate employee misconduct and take necessary action including
employee discipline.
. Case preparation. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of
proceedings.
. Payroll Liaison.
. Assisted in negotiation of innovative and competitive national
collective bargaining agreement.
. Led team in negotiation of innovative and competitive local collective
bargaining agreement.
. Drafted all local contractual language. Coordinated final printing of
new local labor contract.
. Developed and implemented a new hourly employee hiring process and
attendance policy, both generated substantial savings which led to Six
Sigma Green Belt certification.
Employee Assistance Representative
(2007 - Present):
. Meet with and assist employees with issues such as addiction, marital
problems, mental health issues, financial problems, legal issues.
. Provide referrals to outside agencies, and provide other resources as
necessary.
. Monitor/support program participants.
. Advise Human Resources and Management on Employee Assistance issues.

Enterprise Operating System (EOS) Coordinator
(2007 - Present):
. Coordinate and monitor the EOS for the North American Human Resource
function. Delphi Corporation is currently reviewing, revising,
reformatting, and migrating all business processes and procedures from
the Delphi Business System (DBS) to the new Enterprise Operating
System (EOS).
. Successfully completed the migration of all North American Human
Resource processes and procedures from DBS to EOS.
Previous Work History:
Trainer:
. Responsible for logistics associated with, and presentation of, sexual
harassment awareness, hostile work environment, and diversity training
for all salaried and bargaining unit employees.
. Supervised staff of three hourly trainers.
. Created and led a joint Union/Management team who successfully trained
10,000+ employees over a three year period.
Disability Case Manager:
. Reduction of Sickness and Accident, Extended Disability, and Workers'
Compensation leaves of absence using new and innovative methods and
appropriate case selection.
. Coordination with Plant Medical, Manufacturing, Human Resources,
outside physicians and medical facilities, employees and the corporate
National Benefit Center.
. Tracking, measuring, and reporting results.
. Supervised staff of two contract nurses.
. Developed and implemented the case management process which reduced
the cost of disability leaves of all types by $11 million over a two
year period.
Workers' Compensation Administration - Staff Assistant:
. Recovery of rehabilitation reimbursement dollars.
. Assignments and special projects as determined by the Regional Manager
of Workers' Compensation.

maintenance of central monitoring station for access control /
timekeeping system.
. Coordination and installation of new access control/timekeeping system
