flood cleanup in Marietta, GA as well as Memphis, TN.
Was also responsible for bringing in all of my own accounts doing outside and

screening and background checks on new hires, assisting in payroll and billing
clients with subcontracting agreements. I was also in charge of leading the OSHA
Forklift Certification Class published by the National Safety Council. Performed
day to day counseling and coaching of employees as well as quality control with
clients. Processed all client specific requested reports weekly. Accomplishments
in this position include, assisting with a 2 person operations staff to increase
branch revenue and headcount volume by 450% in one year, passed the MSPCT test on
employment law and discrimination prevention, assisting with structurization of
standard operating procedures in the branch which increased the overall quality of
