Parmet Chapman & Madsen P.C.-Bellaire, TX - Assisted Tax department in

conversion to paperless work paper system, including training of staff,

recommendations for policies and procedures and daily response to staff

concerns and issues. Managed tax staff, interfaced with clients, reviewed

tax returns.

2007-2009

Thomas E Finn PC- Greenwich CT- Dealt with projections, planning and

compliance for high net worth taxpayers (annual AGI exceeding $ 1,000,000.

up to $ 20,000,000.) including related owned entities (S Corporations,

Partnerships and Trusts.) Effectively communicated strategies and options

to clients. Developed client relationships. In this position, tax

projections and planning were the most important phase. Analysis on a

quarterly and in some cases monthly, basis. Frequent client communication

was integral to maintaining accurate picture and to allow for utilization

of planning strategies. The firm had a unique horizontal structure with 4

CPA's with 25 years experience managing specific individual clients and

their related entities. It provided valuable exposure to high net worth tax

issues and planning strategies. This firm obtained most clients from Big 4

working in European markets in minimizing tax while growing their

businesses. This developed a unique knowledge of daily client interface and

consulting, as well as the administration of running a practice and
