level of foreclosed and repossessed inventory from

1,200 to 400 units. While reducing this inventory

level, the amount of money recovered consistently

Credit Manager (1996-2000)

Responsibilities included supervision of credit and

funding operations and personnel. Daily tasks

included management of credit policy and pricing,

analysis of loan performance and trends, audits of

real estate appraisals and surveys, credit

underwriting, and providing guidance and training to

underwriters and processors. Weekly marketing visits

ensured achievement of business development goals and

growth of client relationships.
