Senior Project Manager, 2000 – 2003
Primary focus was preconstruction, estimating, project management and

completed from presentation, through pre-construction, and further

410 East 91st Street, NY, NY
Management of both pre-construction and construction of an 18-story new
Marriot Hotel for a private developer. Construction cost $30 million.
1 East 57th Street, NY, NY
Renovation and conversion of an existing 18-story 90,000 sf building on the
corner of 57th and 5th Avenue. Work included the removal of the lower 5 floors of
existing structure in order to create an additional floor of usable space within the
building. New mechanical, electric and plumbing systems were installed.
Elevators were refurbished and the entire façade was restored.
598 Madison Avenue, NY, NY
Renovation and conversion of an existing 18-story 94,000 sf building on the
corner of 57th and Madison Avenue. Work included the full demolition and core
and shell fit out of the existing 18-story building. New mechanical, electric and
plumbing systems were installed. Elevators were refurbished and the entire
façade was restored.

Demolition of three 15-story buildings on the corner of 34th and 7th Avenue and
the construction of a new 4-story retail store. The project included underpinning
of adjacent structures, a full 20 foot basement into bedrock, along with the
relocation (within the building footprint) of a new MTA entrance. The project
was fast tracked and completed within 6 months.

Senior Project Manager, May 1998 – October 2000
Primary focus was construction management, estimating, scheduling,
phasing, closeout and coordination with project team and Port Authority.
Continental Airlines, Newark, NJ
777 HoldRoom – Construction of a 65,000 sf temporary Hold room for the
docking of three Boeing 777’s in order to construct the new terminal C for
Continental airline. Approximate value $30 million. Project was constructed in 7
months on time and within budget.
New Terminal C – Construction of a new 280,000 sf terminal for Continental
Airlines, including piles, foundations and a special prestressed truss system.

Core and Shell Project Manager, 1996 – 1998
Primary focus was management of all core and shell trades, weekly value
engineering work sessions in order to reduce costs, scheduling, phased
completion of work in occupied spaces, and management of
client/vendor relationships
Sotheby’s, NY, NY
Core and shell project manager for the expansion to Sotheby’s auction hall.
Project entailed the addition of approximately 250,000 sf of new space atop a 4-
story, 160,000 sf building, while fully occupied. Project scope included new
elevators, curtainwall, structural steel, refurbishment and installation of new MEP
systems.

New 50,000 sf, 8-screen theatre constructed on Main street in Huntington. Work
included the demolition of an existing theatre to make way for the new building.
The project was approximately $7 million dollars and was constructed in 6

Demolition of an existing cargo hangar and construction of a new 90,000sf cargo
