determination of the following: EPS accretion, cash flow, pay-back
period, and net present value calculations. Analyzed various deal
structures including: Cash/Stock versus Earn-out structures.
Profiled hospitals based on programs, beds, competitor locations,

Summarized quarterly earnings conference calls on competitors for
senior management. The summaries included analysis of earnings per
share, strategic issues, balance sheet, and stock/bond price
