Data Center Move Lead Partner PM for 55,000 square ft. Live Meeting data center from

London to Dublin. Worked with multiple cross groups to deliver this

project successfully to our partners.

Habib Bank, Ltd. Deployed multi tier directory services 26 branches around the globe. I

was the lead architect and PM for this project. Led and worked with local

Singapore

and remote project teams to accomplish this project successfully.

Tubular Resources, Designed and deployed a de centralized messaging architecture for this

German company while integrating their corporate exchange environment with

Singapore

Singapore Office.

Program Manager Feb 2008 to Mar 2010 Microsoft Corporation, Redmond (USA)

I Own partner relationship for web conferencing and audio business across multiple regions. My role

encompasses program building, strong communications & leadership, project management, escalation

management, and readiness. I have managed projects like moving a world wide data center from one

location to another, migration of over 800 conference centers, service release management, and product

feature management for partners. To achieve such objectives, I work closely with multiple v teams like

support, engineers, Devs, services operations, billing & provisioning, product team adoption group and

marketing organization.

Key Achievement;

Lead Partner PM on 55,000 square feet data center move project, Engage with all stake holders

at all levels streamlined communications and process flow and functional diagrams

Managed 100% migration for Over 800 conference centers for my partners

Managed cost control project for partner support and reduced escalations up to 80%

partners.

Partner Solutions Manager (PTS) – Nov 2004 to Jan 2008 Microsoft Corporation, Singapore

Main focus within this role was around partner development, technical pre sales, technology evangelism,

technical & sales readiness and team building for solution partners. I ensured a strong channel to support

server/solution sales in the small, mid market and enterprise space. I developed an award winning program

at Tech Ready 5 for partner revenue growth. This program translated end to end process for partners to help

them grow their capacity, skills, and business in the server market.
