universities to develop a pipeline of new teachers. Propose strategies and
alternatives to attract top talent. Using creativity to find new recruiting
sources. Develop and maintain current job descriptions for all positions
across the organization. I am the face of the organization when talking to
groups and individuals. I am also able to articulate the vision and
opportunity.
