segment of this migration needed a thorough testing of the Dashboard
reports, Metadata through answers and validate against the sales planning

Master, Alignment Master and ESA. As a part of the testing it would be
inherent to test the data flow from the source systems to the target
systems via the staging tables through the ETL process. As a part of the
testing 10 KPI's and an aggregate of 50 Dimensions were considered.

team identified the Scope, Strategy and Plan for the implementation along
with understanding the legacy system and its complexity.

areas. SONIC was on SIEBEL 7.5.3.12 and Novartis had scheduled to upgrade
the application to SIEBEL 7.5.3.15 with some product enhancements.
