Tucson Federal Credit Union - Internal Auditor - August 2001 to present
Maintain working knowledge of all developments in regulatory and NCUA
requirements, general accounting principles, and audit techniques. Develop,
maintain, and revise an annual Credit Union audit plan based upon findings
of the Internal Auditor's enterprise risk management evaluations. Review
Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure adequate internal controls
and regulatory compliance. Investigations or special audits at the request
of management and/or the Supervisory Committee; assist the Supervisory
Committee with compliance obligations of Sarbanes Oxley and related
corporate governance initiatives. Conduct independent audits and
examinations of credit union records to ensure compliance with federal laws
