PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Acxiom Corporation (Nashville, TN)
July 2009 - Present
Account Manager
Key client relationship manager for accounts; I provided immediate
responses to questions and concerns, led periodic meetings, gathered
requirements for custom projects, and was considered the best team member
to place on accounts with difficult relationships. Led
production/engineering teams ranging in size from three to six people with
the goal of ensuring accurate and timely online marketing campaign delivery
with a nearly perfect record. Focused on running lean accounts - once
making process changes and cutting between six and eight days of production
time each month. Up-selling, cross-selling, consulting clients on revenue-
generating marketing opportunities, resource management, superior time-
management, client-facing presentations, delegation, and project time-
tracking were also essential role functions. Full-time client list
included: Cond Nast Publications, FTD.com, Sallie Mae, Upromise, and
Lealta Media.
Acxiom Corporation (Nashville, TN)
May 2008 - July 2009
Associate Account Manager - Level II
Acted as mentor to newer associates and implemented improvement plans for
low performers. As a trusted and respected process expert, I was placed on
accounts where errors had previously occurred in an effort to clean up the
firm's production image in the client's eyes. Initiated special projects
with the objective of adding value and increasing efficiency while
eliminating risk for both Acxiom and its clients, including many process
enhancements as well as leading the effort of redesigning the division's
hiring criteria. Full-time client list included: FedEx, AAA, and Source
Interlink.
Acxiom Corporation (Nashville, TN)
June 2007 - May 2008
Associate Account Manager - Level I
Project management driver with a 99.9% error-free rate who launched over
2,000 online marketing campaigns for several of the world's largest
companies. Multi-tasking, documentation, and time management were key.
Built a strong technical acumen and began implementing process improvements
often adopted by my peers. Quickly became an expert on the following: MS
Office, specialized databases, reporting, basic HTML, billing and campaign
management tools as well as many online applications. Full-time client list
included: Lexus, Samsung, Epson America, and Ingram Micro.
