documentation, project coordination and any other related work necessary to
generate and process project plans for agency approvals and recordation.

projects. As the principal engineer and president Mr. McCall certifies and

Directed daily operations of San Diego Branch office. Acted as engineer of
record and in direct charge of supervising 30 deputy field inspectors and
15 soils technicians performing inspection services fro public and private
projects. In Charge of Marketing, Sales and contracting for the following
major company projects: PETCO PARK Parking Garage, San Diego State Trolley
Station, Grantville Trolley Station, La Mesa Segment of Trolley System. San

Project Design Engineer - OWEN Engineering Group 1996-1999
Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Retaining Wall System Design
Engineer in responsible charge of design of numerous public and private
development projects. Directed engineering staff in structural design of
wood framed structures, retaining wall and various tieback retaining wall
systems. Responsible for grading plan, drainage reports, hydraulic design
of stromwater and sewer conveyance systems. Directly responsible for

Project Engineer - City of Los Angeles - Stormwater Management Program,
Bureau of Engineering, 1990-1993
Managing Project Engineer responsible for watershed mapping for GIS
database. Managed and enhanced catch basin cleaning program. Implemented
citywide stormwater testing for required pollutants. Project engineer in
charge of developing, implementing and performing citywide stormwater
testing during "first flush" rain events and normal flow conditions.
Stormwater was tested for required pollutants and concentrations; data
later complied for further intensive studies.
Water Resource Technician/Project Engineer - Rick Engineering Company.
Under direct supervision of principal division engineer designed hydraulic
structures and water conveyance systems for private and commercial
projects. Performed Floodway Mapping as part of comprehensive County
Floodplain mapping project and for private developments. Utilized
engineering software to prepare hydrology reports and hydraulic system
designs, floodway mapping. Prepared preliminary field investigations and
research for utilization in system design and studies.
Project Engineer - Geo Design, Inc.
Under direct supervision of principal engineer acted as design engineer
responsible for preparing and designing grading plans, improvement plans,
wood frame and concrete structures plans and calculations. Performed field
supervision of projects under construction and inspected for to ensure work
was performed according to approved plans. Acted as survey party chief and
field geotechnical technician.

PREVIOUS PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Emerald Lake Corporate Center & Atrium II Business Park, Carlsbad,
California - Mr. McCall provided geotechnical and construction quality
control services for a commercial office facility in the City of Carlsbad.
Geotechnical services included on site supervision of compaction grouting
procedures, fill control during grading operations, supervision of
construction inspections and providing geotechnical recommendations for
design.
Santee Trolley Square, Santee, California - Supervising Engineer for a
recently opened a 450,000 square foot shopping center located adjacent to
the Santee Trolley Station. Major tenants include Target, Bed Bath &
Beyond, Staples, Barnes & Noble and Old Navy, as well as several out
parcels for a library and future development. Provided project management
and supervision of all construction testing and inspections for project
including: all civil/site aspects of the project including major off-site
roadway improvements. Attended site meetings providing engineering support
to the developers, contractors, engineers and surveyors throughout the life
of the project.
Westview Highschool, Poway, California - supervising engineer- Provided
geotechnical and construction observation services for the site development
of the 40-acre site in the Poway Unified School District. Managed,
implemented and monitored all phases of grading, construction testing and
quality control inspections. This 90 million dollar construction project
involved over 1.4 million cubic yards of engineered fill placement, largest
high school building structure in San Diego County.
San Diego Unified School District, San Diego California - Provided
geotechnical and construction observation and inspection services for a
multitude of San Diego City Schools expansion and development projects
throughout San Diego.
San Diego Trolley, San Diego, California - Managing engineer in charge of
implementing and monitoring of all construction testing and inspection
quality control requirements for the 90 Million Dollar San Diego State
tunnel project
Avalon Canyon/Wrigley Terrace Road Realignments, City of Avalon, Santa
Catalina Island, California - Managing engineer in charge of design,
construction and project management of over 5 miles of roadway realignment
and reconstruction. Conducted complete stormwater analysis and drainage
design. Coordinated the submission of all pertinent engineering plans with
the City of Avalon.
Seaport Village Hotel and Spas - Santa Catalina Island, California -
Managing engineer for entire hotel and spa project including geotechnical
site investigation, civil engineering plan generation and project
permitting, construction observation.
Hillside Homes - Kentfield, California - Managing engineer for entire
project including geotechnical site investigation, civil engineering plan
generation and project permitting 15-unit custom home subdivision.
Chateau Bernardo, Rancho Bernardo California - Principal engineer in
charge of geotechnical and civil engineering design of landslide repair
responsible for project management and construction quality control.
Managed, implemented and monitored all phases of grading, construction
testing and quality control inspections. Project included the installation
of 200 tiebacks and buttress wall construction.
Basilone Road, Camp Pendleton, California - Principal engineer in charge of
geotechnical and civil engineering design of roadway repair utilizing
compaction grouting to stabilize roadway settlement.
Area 53, Camp Pendleton, California - Principal engineer in charge of
geotechnical and civil engineering design of reservoir repair for emergency
water supply. Project included hillside stabilization and realigning of
entire 1 Million gallon reservoir.
