. Schedule meetings with consultants, organize calendars, take

faxing, copies, filling, book keeping and answered client
inquiries.
. Developed marketing promotions to expand brand awareness by
advertising through e-mail and in local newspaper as well as
maintained her books.
Project Manager: SDSU's business consulting project for BAE
Systems Ship Repair
May-August 2009
. Project Objective: analyze and recommend feasible markets for
BAE Systems in order to increase their revenue.
. Responsibilities included leading and organizing team meetings,
creating personal deadlines, designing and implementing power
point, editing, and compiling a 100+ page report as well as
being the main communication liaison between the team, clients
and advisors.
. Project resulted in my team of four international team members
not only finishing the project beyond satisfactory quality but
also completing it a week early. Out of ten groups we were the
first to complete and present the project.

. Project Objective: to create, test and promote a first to market
product (Includes launching project, projected timeline and
budgeting).
. Responsibilities included developing product idea, organizing
team meetings, planning project milestones, communicating
between team and professor, and editing/compiling final

. I was able to lead my team of six in completing the project
under the allotted time as well as being the first group to
finish and present out of eight other groups receiving the

. Responsibilities entailed reviewing, identifying problems and
entering data into various systems such as accounts payable,
accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, payroll,
business license, utility billing and worked with the
constituents of the City of Pleasanton with their inquiries
about payroll, bills, and receipts. Also, upon my departure I
was responsible for training my the new junior accountant on how
to perform the general accounts payable tasks.
