Wood Group ESP's Surface Pumping Systems,

the development of sales through field

Sales and Service office in Purcell Oklahoma,

Laurel Mississippi and Guymon

Oklahoma. Responsibilities include direct

sales calls to oil and gas companies and

making sales presentations to project

engineers, field engineers and capital equipment

buyers. Also, I looked for and identify

applications outside the oil and gas industry and

assist with recruiting and developing an

Regional Manager

Direct responsibility for sales efforts in a six state region

consisting of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and

Western Tennessee. Managed the development and the technical

support for sales growth of Netzsch products through

Distributors, Representatives and OEM's. This support

consisted of joint sales calls to the end user, educating and

training distributor sales personnel and making presentations

to consulting engineering firms. Worked with the leadership

of Netzsch to establish a forecast and plan for the region

and the individual distributors. Responsibilities also

included monitoring distribution inventory to support

assigned territories.

Industrial Progressing Cavity Pump and the Replicated Parts

Line in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities

included creating a financial and strategic plan, introducing

materials, creating PowerPoint presentations, recruiting and

training new distributors and monitoring sales of the

product. Also assisted in setting up inventory levels and

working with engineering and manufacturing personnel.

1997 to 2005 TARBY, INC. Claremore, OK

Regional Manager

Direct responsibility for sales efforts in a 27 state region

consisting of the Western half of the United States. Managed

the development and the technical support for sales growth of

Tarby products through Distributors, Representatives and

OEM's. This support consisted partly of joint sales calls to

the end user, educating, training and motivating distributor

sales personnel. Worked with the leadership of Tarby to

establish a forecast and plan for the region and the

individual distributors. Responsibilities also included

monitoring distribution inventory to support assigned

territories.
