Territory Representative – South Florida

Responsible for growing sales of the national accounts, the territory manager’s accounts, and of the other

independent accounts. I visited clients on a daily basis, calling on them to present new products and/or

promotions, and fulfill needs, whichever they may have been. I did provide support in the

merchandising of products in various distributorships. I engaged in joint sales calls with various account

representatives of different distributors. I established a good rapport with the personnel of distributors. I

executed various counter days, displaying Milwaukee’s products, engaging clients, and speaking of any

promotion. I also provided after-service to the client, in case there was an issue with a tool or if

assistance was needed with accessories and/or parts. Another important contribution was establishing

sell-through plans for promoting products. Further, I discussed technical issues with clients and looked

for solutions from the technical team in the Service branch in Miami or from the technical team in

Brookfield. Lastly, I worked hard in ensuring that clients were content with the treatment Milwaukee

was providing them.
