Worked directly for the Sales Director where
I was responsible for handling all staffing needs for our Sales floor and
Administrative offices. Had an ongoing need for experienced; goal oriented
Insurance Agents that are currently licensed through the State of Florida
in Life and Health. Grew the Sales floor from 55 agents to more than double
at 115 whereby we had to relocate into a much larger facility. Recruiting
efforts were made by sourcing from local job boards, consistent
Careerbuilder postings, use of local papers running impressive page ads
weekly, and building relationships with the local Insurance Schools and FL
