Tools and components. Component designs included complex die castings,

sheet metal fabrications, high volume plastic parts, stampings, MIM,

Investment castings and complex pneumatic assemblies. Work closely with

senior engineers and project managers. Utilize CAD systems (Pro-E Wildfire

2.0) to produce concepts, designs, layouts and component drawings. Complete

ECO's to release components. Help coordinated efforts to build prototypes.

April 1996 to March 2005.

Title: Principle Mechanical Engineer

In this position I was the Technical lead and all around troubleshooter for

the Sustaining Engineering Team and Product Development Team.

Responsibilities include overall technical support, mechanical design

support, root cause analysis, preparation of engineering reports, project

plans and preparation of cost and time estimates for problem resolutions,

for all newly released and existing lottery terminals, ITVMs, peripherals

and related consumable products. Directed, coordinated and implemented
