Responsible for deployment of Lean Six Sigma for Enterprise Services in the Americas (US, Mexico and South America).

Coach and mentor of Black Belts and Green Belts through certification (10+) Responsible for completion of kaizen events

within Enterprise Services (20+ per year) Responsible for Operational Excellence within Enterprise Services (process

•Achievements:

Responsible for project management of specific Trane IR integration projects (Talent Acquisition and Performance

principles to the HR environment (Value Stream Mapping, VA/NVA analysis, Standard Work, etc.).

•Achievements:

Leader of the Talent Acquisition redesign project, which yielded validated direct benefits of $1.5M for 2007 by standardizing,

simplifying and centralizing Talent Acquisition activities. Coordinated redesign teams for Human Resources, 50+ redesigned

process for transactional responsibilities: payroll administration (gross net, net check), benefits administration (active retired),

talent acquisition (recruit hire, on boarding), leave management, termination, etc. Trained 30 HR professionals as Green

completion (project benefits of >13000 K USD). Worked in process improvement projects for over $3M USD (cycle time

reduction by increasing casting rate in Aguascalientes from 90% to 97%
