Design and execute HR initiatives supporting 2500+ employees ($3.2M in
budgetary responsibility) in the areas of leadership development,

learning, performance management, associate relations, and HR
communications for sixteen retail store locations, one distribution center,
four fuel/convenience stores, and professional corporate field support

Plan and execute EEO investigations and assist corporate counsel in EEO
