A dynamic business leader with a track record of developing underperforming
districts to a profitable level, I maximized profits and controlled shrink
at multiple site locations. Performing tasks on both a district and
corporate level, I ensured proper channels of communication existed between
stores and headquarters.
My areas of expertise include revenue growth, cost control, labor
management, training and staffing, budgets, customer service, policies and
procedures, quality assurance and loss prevention for medium-sized and
Fortune 500 companies. I reported on store performance, directed payroll,
budgets and oversaw regulatory compliance.
o Managing corporate change.
o Increasing sales and decreasing expenses.
o Implementing processes and procedures, streamlining operations.
o Controlling inventory for quality and loss.
Named District Manager of the Year for the Southeast Region in 2003, I
achieved top results by bringing out the best in my employees. With an
ability to communicate ideas and instincts for what will sell, I build
strong teams that consistently reach targeted objectives. I introduce
change smoothly and quickly, inspiring confidence at all levels.
