sales and improve operations in 28 retail locations. Assessed situation,

evaluating each store manager's needs. Identified growth potential.

Developed and implemented strategies for augmented sales. Grew revenues

$10M in first year.

Implemented sales and marketing strategies. Eckerd Pharmacy district

suffered sales losses. Instituted merchandizing training for management

staff, and trained vendors on similar techniques. Implemented new sales and

marketing tools. Achieved immediate results, increasing sales on average 7%

per store in four months.

Expanded customer base. Eckerd Pharmacy wanted to expand its community

outreach to achieve increased sales and name recognition. Established

prototype event, supplying free healthcare information and health related

items to community members. Contacted 100,000 people in three days and grew

sales in local store 25%.

Improved customer satisfaction. The overall customer satisfaction rate at

Rite Aid hovered at 65%, well below company standard of 75%. Identified

areas for service improvement, and created and instituted strategy across

28 stores. Raised customer satisfaction levels 10% within six months,

increasing district sales.

Instituted Loss Prevention program. Rite Aid wanted better control on

shrink rates. Assigned to district with $500K yearly loss rate. Identified

areas of opportunity to reduce inventory loss. Designed and executed new

security measures and paperwork procedures. Trained store managers. Reduced

shrink 50% in first year.

Corporation, 2007 to 2008. Directed integration of Eckerd Pharmacy and Rite

Aid operations standards and compliances across 200+ locations. Worked

closely with regional VP and district management in store planning, design,

merchandising and procedures.

District Operations Manager, Eckerd Pharmacy, a $3B retail pharmacy, 1997

to 2007. Oversaw pharmacy, express photo and front-end business operations

for district stores totaling $150M in sales. Controlled expenses and

inventory, and increased sales. Held full P&L responsibility. Managed 100

employees and $5M budget.
