cost reduction and improved flow for the plant. Responsible for Small

Parts Department preparing and shipping parts and specialty cabinets with a

team of 1 supervisor and 20 employees. Led team of over 70 people, on two

shifts, driving positive change using Lean and Continuous Improvement

tools. Improved deliver to over 99.9% and inventory accuracy from 68% to

over 92%.
