As the first paid employee for ClinTrials Research, I was responsible for
managing investment funds of $5 million. I handled payroll and accounts
payable and receivables. I researched and purchased initial benefit
package. I established employee policies and procedures and incorporated
them into an employee handbook. I introduced the 401k plan to employees. I
managed the stock option plan, including reporting of Board member and
senior manager activity to the SEC and employee stock option exercises.
Other duties included liaison to the Board of Directors, issuing press
releases and communications with investment community.
