buses. My position encompassed the following responsibilities:

. Manage and administer benefit programs including medical, dental,

life, and FSA. Work closely with benefit brokers and benefit

providers to provide excellent plan development and employee customer

service.

. Ensure all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements are met

and that Coach and Equipment and UAW contract values, policies,

procedures and practices are upheld.

. Actively work with Manufacturing personnel and Management to guarantee

a safe and effective manufacturing operation. This includes

participation in safety measures and participation in lean

manufacturing trainings and implementation.

. Responsible for recruitment, on boarding activities and retention of

At CBS/Entercom I was the on-site Human Resource and Payroll Administrator.

In this capacity I was responsible for the following:

. Develop and execute of effective retention and recruiting programs to

attract top talent while adhering to strict FCC and CBS/Entercom

guidelines.

. Ensure all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements are met,

and that CBS/Entercom values, policies, procedures and practices are

upheld.

. Accurately diagnose organizational issues, perform investigations when

needed, develop solutions and advise Senior Management on resolution.

. Act as liaison between employees and Corporate Human Resources to

resolve benefit issues.

. Manage employee contracts; ensuring correct compensation and
