this publicly traded integrator of digital cinema services for the
motion picture industry. The Media Services Group divisions: 1)
provide digital cinema systems to movie theaters and collect
exhibition fees from motion picture studios; 2) supply proprietary
software applications to studios, distributors and theater chains; and
3) deliver digital motion pictures, concerts, and live sporting events
to digitally-equipped theaters.
KIBEL GREEN, INC. 2006 - 2007

Member of the Turnaround & Restructuring Group at this business
advisory firm founded in 1984. Assignments focused on revitalizing
companies that are experiencing financial difficulty. Projects
involved clients in the following industries: flooring, footwear
distribution, high-fashion leather goods, electronics, and motion
picture post-production.
RADIO & RECORDS, INC. 2003 - 2006
Chief Financial Officer, Los Angeles, CA
Responsible for oversight of the accounting, legal, human resources
and information technology functions at this privately held provider
of print and digital information services to the radio and recording
industries. Member of the company's Board of Directors.
Worked with CEO as sole participants in the due diligence process
during company's sale to a $10 billion Dutch information and media
company. Completed the transition and integration of all
administrative operations in November, 2006, including compliance with
SOX requirements.
Produced annual cost savings equal to 60% of 2005 EBITDA.
Accomplished this by: eliminating position of Controller ($94,000);
substituting financial statement audit with review by outside
accountants ($43,000); successfully challenging Los Angeles business

progress by obtaining third party financing for completed projects.
Established separate general ledger and payroll accounting to
facilitate Avon's sale of the company's parent, The Mediplex Group,
Inc. Prepared financial and textual data required to be included in
corporate SEC reports.
