2008

capacity in China and India for Level III products to facilitate the

migration of manufacturing from the US to the global region of consumption.

. Established new processes in China for plating and lead frame

overmolding that generated $2mm in manufacturing and shipping

2007 Directed the manufacturing, engineering, and warehouse operations

Operational responsibility for a 150,000 sq. ft. facility that employed

over 600 people and housed over 130 major pieces of capital equipment. The

major manufacturing processes included: plastic injection molding,

progressive metal stamping, automatic assembly, and strip line plating.

. Through the use of Quality Operations Systems meetings (QOS)

reduced the process PPM defect rate for stamping, molding, and

assembly by 40%.

. Utilized Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing techniques to

implement cost reduction projects of $6MM annually.

. Tracked and maintained operational costs, efficiencies, and

manufacturing standards that generated a positive operating

variance each year of operation.

East Berlin and Shrewsbury facilities during the dot com expansion period.

. Renovated the former Shrewsbury molding facility into a

warehouse to support the East Berlin manufacturing operations
