force deployments. Supervised the crime statistics for the area and
presented all area crimes to the Chief of Police bi-monthly. I appeared
before the City Council and Police Commission on a regular basis.

Worked with new clients creating group tours to the South Pacific. I
created all itineraries, costings and presented the final product to the
group for purchase. I handled several large groups (300 - 600) people that
traveled exclusively to Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Fiji and Papua New
Guinea.
UNITOURS/CLUB UNIVERSE Los Angeles, CA 1981-1984
Operations Manager
I worked to facilitate the operations of all Unitours/Club Universe tours
throughout the world. This included trouble shooting problems that occurred
while the group was on tour. I worked to devise and develop numerous tour
packages throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and the South Pacific. I
negotiated contracts with airlines, hotels, transportation vendors and
local ground operators. I was responsible for the hiring and training of
all Los Angeles based tour managers.

Senior Tour Manager/Trainer
Over the nine-year period, I personally lead 167 trips throughout the
world. This included the first tour group to visit China since they re-
opened their borders. My areas of expertise included Europe, Middle East,
Asia, South Pacific, South America, Canada and the United States. I trained
19 tour directors and lead 17 Familiarization trips for agents throughout
the world.
