projects, supporting osteo-arthritis efforts such as intra-articular

injections and synovial fluid recovery. Partnered with principal

investigators to author protocols, conduct experiments, deliver samples,

and analyze results. Researched infectious disease models as well as acute

and chronic colitis.

* Determined viral titers in tissue homogenates for RSV and influenza using

ex vivo cell-based assays.

* Developed and maintained disease models critical for on-going research,

including respiratory syncytial virus model of infection in cotton rats and

murine influenza infection model.

working on FLOW cytometry-based assays and ex vivo bactericidal assays to
