SPI Project Coordinator for the Software Development
Lifecycle process for Asset Servicing division including
1,200 people worldwide. Coordinated SDLC efforts with
several SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) Reps and
multiple PQA (Process Quality Assurance) Analysts.
Managed all aspects of the project including, assets,
metrics reporting, and documentation tools for the SDLC.
Ensured the Project Managers followed the newly blended
SDLC by using metrics and communication.
Implementation Manager responsible for reviewing and
approving changes for Asset Servicing applications on

performed user acceptance testing within the Turnover

Technology Project Manager and manager of four Systems
Analysts, responsible for all Testing Support on a very
large International Money Management System (IMMS), within
12 development regions.
Coordinated and planned all testing efforts and region
support for the IMMS application. Testing included Unit,
Pairs, Regression, Functional, User Acceptance Testing,
Data Center Acceptance Testing, and Production issues.
Setup a Production like region to test all production
issues. Cleaned load libraries and resolved database
issues within development regions to ensure regions were
production like.
Established procedures for moving elements, on-line or
batch, into the development regions. These procedures
eliminated impromptu testing which would have impacted in-
progress testing efforts.
Created new tools which fostered testing stability by
comparing a development region binds to production, DB2
database structure. These tools decreased batch processing
time and increased user satisfaction and testing region
stability.
Created and documented procedures for moving tested code
into Production. Setup a weekly Implementation meeting,
where all code was presented prior to Implementation,
except for emergency changes. These procedures and the
meeting ensured only approved and tested code was moved
into Production.
Provided help desk functionality for testing issues, in
dealing with region issues or problems. The help desk
assisted Technology and the users by tracking and resolving
issues in all testing environments. Primary users were
located in Brussels, London, and New York.

Securities Lending Operations Consultant ensured the daily
resolution, correction, and prevention of internal Domestic
Corporate breaks within several mainframe systems. These
systems were an integral part of the Securities Lending
business and were Trust Accounting (AIMS), Street
Settlement (POLARIS), Securities Lending (DML), and
Depository Trust Company (DTCPTS).
Created metrics for senior management to track all internal
breaks between the Trust Accounting and Street Settlement
systems. The number of breaks dropped and the time to
resolution increased due to the new metrics.

VICE PRESIDENT, APPLICATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Controlled all system implementations for 500 legacy
Bankers Trust applications on all platforms. Manager of 14
Application Change Management Analysts (in Jersey City NJ
and Baltimore MD) performing builds and releases for NT,
Midrange (UNIX and VAX/VMS) and Mainframe applications
through Endevor. Managed and implemented all THIRD PARTY
VENDOR CODE into Production.
Fostered improved communication with Business Technology
groups by establishing monthly meetings, providing detailed
information regarding enhancements and changes affecting
the group's applications.
Retained copy of source code and builds for all NT and
Midrange applications in Production. Compared nightly the
Production application code to the version retained in
Change Management's environment.
Setup monthly meetings with NT, Midrange, and Mainframe
engineering groups, Security, and Data Center, within
Infrastructure. These meeting increased communication
regarding new projects and support issues within
Infrastructure.

initiatives. Managed all communication of project statuses

Created a separate production like test environment which
was used for all Y2K and EMU testing.
Established a Command Center for the tracking and reporting

addressed during conversion weekends.
Planned and executed several trial run conversion weekends
which ensured the successful completion of these events.

critical to fostering Straight Through Processing between
the bank and Investment Managers.
