As the Community Management Director for Picerne, I was actively involved

in all aspects of the property management operations for military housing

privatization project for the Department of Defense. This position

required extensive leadership skills in order to motivate employees,

provide sound fiduciary judgment to deliver annual revenues over $60

million dollars while managing $30 million dollars in operating expenses,

and to provide outstanding customer service to 3,000 renters.

During my tenure with the Picerne, I was the property management lead

during the transition of 1006 homes at Aberdeen Proving Ground from a

Government control housing operation, established the annual budgets,

initiated the hiring of staff, and oversaw the commencement of operations.

At Ft. Meade, I was responsible for the day to day operations of managing

2,800 homes, establishing annual budgets for 5 neighborhood centers and the

leasing office, oversaw all maintenance operations, and property management

staff.
