Integrated over 20 acquisitions throughout North America, concentrated in

the Gulf Coast Energy corridor, SW US, Alberta Canada and Mexico for this

leading O&M Pipeline Company. The integration included restructuring,

branding, blending acquisition personnel with industry leaders, and

installation of operational-financial systems to name a few. BUT the

most important contribution was to create the right "good to great"

culture within the diversified team of this "one stop shop" energy

service company that has, in turn, will change the way pipeline &

maintenance is managed. This important integration & culture change

resulted in rapid financial growth from ~ $100M to $300M in '08-'10.

Developed the initial foundation phase of laboratory operations and

Founded the initial environmental lab in '88 and built the company into

a nationally recognized, multi-disciplined consortium. Directly

dvlpmt.

. Launched the first 24 hr./7 days/wk. environmental lab

in NYC Metro area in '93 (this tripled total company

sales in 18 months & established us as "lab of choice"

for the Port Authority of NY/NJ, MTA & SCA in NYC).

. Designed a proprietary software that increased

production 50%; decreased personnel 33%

. Directly responsible for national and district sales.

Moved to each start-up to develop local and national
