Integrated over 20 acquisitions throughout North America, concentrated in
the Gulf Coast Energy corridor, SW US, Alberta Canada and Mexico for this
leading O&M Pipeline Company. The integration included restructuring,
branding, blending acquisition personnel with industry leaders, and
installation of operational-financial systems to name a few. BUT the
most important contribution was to create the right "good to great"
culture within the diversified team of this "one stop shop" energy
service company that has, in turn, will change the way pipeline &
maintenance is managed. This important integration & culture change
resulted in rapid financial growth from ~ $100M to $300M in '08-'10.
