Segment President, Benefit Administration, 2003-2008
Oversaw the retirement services business for SunGard, including market
leading brands, Omni and Relius, that provide software and services to
global financial institutions, third party administrators and a few very
large plan sponsors including the U.S. Government Federal Thrift Plan.
Oversaw software and services that support in excess of 50 million 401k
plan participants.
. Grew revenues from $100mm to $175mm in five years
. Grew EBITA from $29mm to $54mm in five years
. Oversaw various business models - traditional software licensing,
maintenance and support, ASP, various Business Process Outsourcing
models, and substantial Professional Services activities for both

Grew business from 10 employees in 1981 when I joined to over $55mm in
revenue and 260 employees; widely viewed as the most respected
software/services vendor in the retirement industry with over 6000 clients
supplying services to plan sponsors in the US. Expanded business from
origins of Plan Document Services to Educational Services, 5500 reporting,
cafeteria plans, health savings accounts and Retirement Plan Administration
software for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans.
Vice President, Corbel and Company, 1981 - 1993
Prior to becoming President of Corbel, held a variety of positions
including Assistant General Counsel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
and Chief Operating Officer.
