new State business opportunities. Resulted in 62% (over $40M) in

Role Description: Selected as the project lead for the State of Colorado

and WSCA cooperative of 15 western states for the solicitation and

selection of an eProcurement solution as required by House Bill 09-099

executed by the governor. The solution is expected to automate the usage

of 138 multi-state contracts with a combined annual spend of nearly $6B.

It will also result in a centralized electronic procurement system that

will create a more efficient delivery of state procurement services.

. Responsible for facilitating bi-weekly conference calls between 21

executive procurement professionals representing 13 States.

. Authored an RFI and ultimately responsible for authoring an RFP to

support the initiative.

. Accountable for overseeing the RFP selection committee and management

of the implementation.
