Fresh Western Marketing was purchased by the Albert Fischer Corporation of

England and became River Ranch Fresh Foods. I was recruited back in 1998

to handle year-end payroll processing for their 10 corporations due to my

intricate knowledge of their custom HRIS/Payroll

System I designed while working with Fresh Western. With Fresh Western, my

payroll department handled all Human Resource functions including;

compensation, benefit administration, 401(k) administration, new hire

orientation, policy and procedure interpretation.

Accounting & Human Resources Manager

Air Trails, Salinas, CA August 1996 to

November 1998

. Managed accounting, customer service, charter scheduling and human

resources departments for this fixed based operator.

. Responsible for all accounting functions through financial statements.
