products annually including development of estimates, Secondary

Contract Packaging Instructions, line drawings, production batch

records, equipment acquision, capacity planning, LEAN (FOCUS)

optimization and all production activities by leading a 26 permanent

member and up to 183 temporary member production, engineering and

maintenance team. This resulted in a 26% production efficiency

improvement from the previous year.

. facilitated plant LEAN (FOCUS) process on all new or modified runs.

. managed plant P&L, implementing corrective actions and modifying

behaviors to consistently exceed plant performance goals.

. as the interim Quality Manager due to vacancy, maintained finished

product positive release process; integrated Military Standards 105E

(attributes), 414 (measurements), MIL-HDBK-217 (electronics) into the

incoming inspection process; reviewed, updated and provided follow-up

work instructions and form control documents. This included

implementing a SIP audit process for all work instructions and

conducting of all management reviews to include SOP updates.

and AIB.

. developed syllabuses and completed related training for all positions
