Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, and Packaging issues.

Established service packaging, and quoted new service part

numbers. Obtained All Time Buys and obsolete status for low

volume parts that needed to be discontinued for cost savings,

and manufacturing purposes. Submitted tool disposition requests

for discontinued parts.

. Negotiated a cost savings to Guide and GM Service Parts

Operations (GMSPO) of approximately $1.5 Million annually for

changing the packaging on OEM service parts from unitized

packs to bulk packs

. Negotiated Pre-Production Spot Buy pricing to include a 25%

markup to compensate for special handling and packaging of

low volume orders

. Played a key role in GMSPO's de-sourcing of Guide Service

business totaling approximately 3000 parts, almost 50% of

which were re-sourced to new suppliers

> Coordinated the preparation of the sourcing packages for

GMSPO to send to prospective suppliers

discontinued

> Quoted and negotiated the sale of Guide components to

Guide's successors
