Port of Seattle. This allowed the Port to have confidence in

meeting schedule requirements, and also saved them a lot of money.

e. Developed strategy for sequencing multiple projects to match phased

availability of funding. This strategy reduced impacts to

occupants and resulted in more funds for later projects due to

earlier costs being known.

1. Contracts Management

a. Generated and negotiated 70 to 100 contracts per year.

b. Developed contract standards for multiple project clients on

programs with values of $5 million up to $300 million.

c. Negotiated contracts and fees with clients, developers, designers,

consultants, contractors, and vendors.
