d. In a period of high inflation and scarce materials, created a
unique procurement plan for early purchase of steel pilings for the
Port of Seattle. This allowed the Port to have confidence in
meeting schedule requirements, and also saved them a lot of money.
e. Developed strategy for sequencing multiple projects to match phased
availability of funding. This strategy reduced impacts to
occupants and resulted in more funds for later projects due to
earlier costs being known.
