fitting systems, Multi-Spindle DC electric nutrunners, Antifreeze fill

During the 1993 project year dollars managed was over 1.4 million, and

progressed to over 6.5 million dollars being managed in a one-year period

for multiple years.

Finishing Systems group:

Coordinate testing new and current production finishing products for cab

and chassis.

Monitor new and current chemical products for process and environmental

compliance of primers, topcoat, sealants, caulking, undercoating, glue,

and galvanic barrier material used at Truck and Parts plants.

Implemented, review of military specifications and testing of

pretreatments, primer, and topcoat (CARC) Chemical Agent Resistant Coating

compliance for government vehicles, to include written specifications on

M915 / M916 processes on the military contract for a corrosion prevention

plan.

Coordinated facilities projects for seam sealant / undercoat booth and

oven, also upgrades to equipment and system design changes to the E-coat

paint system.

Worked with truck and parts manufacturing plants on changeovers relating

to chemical processes.
