EXPERIENCE: Johnson Controls, Inc. October -- 1980 to present.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Scheduling &
tracking the flow of parts through the lab to be processed.
Ordering consumables to insure lab flow is not halted.
Scheduling overtime for the lab techs. Macro weld analysis for
Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, Mercedes, and GM. Calibrating
gages, micrometers, calipers and height gages. Welder
certifications, verifiying parts meet our customer's
requirements using the Helmel software on the Manual CMM. Part
layout using Measure Max software (servo driven CMM).
Certifying gauges, maintaining gauges, drafting gauge pins and
sending them to various tool shops for quotes and fabrication of
pins.
Past Responsibilities include: Nondestructive Testing (Level 2
ultrasonic Training) Destructive testing, Calculating Cp & Cpk
on various SPC charts, traveling to various customers for
quality issues. Customer returns analysis and generating
reports. Hardness testing, E.S. Testing for various customers.
Generating quality reports for all of the SPC charts throughout
our facilities. APQP training, 8D training, 5s training, GD&T
training, CQE training, kanban, & kaizen.
