1400 employees in two states. In the past 27 years the organization has

grown from serving no consumers to serving more than 6000 persons per day,

President/Chief Executive Officer

1979 to present

As the President and Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible for all

functions of the agency including strategic planning and implementation. I

am a board of directors participant, policy developer and implementation of

same.

As the president and Chief Executive Officer, I chaired the senior

executive management team and influenced all aspects of the company's

operation by directly participating in all key management decisions. I

chaired the company's pension fund which yielded returns that surmounted

Standard and Poor's. In addition I participated in union negotiations in

two states and developed strategies and committee points during the

negotiation, all without work stoppage or conflicts.
