Friction Holdings, LLC was a Tier 1 supplier of friction materials to
automobile and heavy equipment manufacturers. All product development was
done at the Technical Center, which was equipped with pilot paper machine,
pilot saturation line, machine shop and extensive analytical laboratory.
The Technical Center was adjacent to the main manufacturing plant employing
400-600 union workers.

. Developed new materials and processes to meet customer requirements.
Managed team activities through initial production, presented results to
management, marketing and customers. Contributed to APQP and PPAP
execution. Created processing and raw material specifications. Developed
quality test procedures. Final approval authority on changes, deviations.
Ongoing responsibility for troubleshooting and failure analysis.
. Developed carbon fiber composite material for entry into new market
