handling human resource issues and legal work for such organizations. Drafted and negotiated multi-million dollar software and
consulting agreements with customers, vendors, and partners for the Trilogy parent company. Responsible for compensation
programs, the most sensitive EEOC investigations, terminations, RIFs, and performance management plans. Recognized as a top
trainer; designed and delivered in-person intensive training programs on Trilogy’s legal, finance and revenue recognition
operations. Took initiative to design and develop an online legal training system after identifying need in company. Consistently
