DEKOLINK USA

Field Operations Director 2005-2007

Dekolink purchased Advenda and I stayed on for 12 months to ensure a smooth

transition. Dekolink was recently acquired by Axell Wireless (In-Building

Systems). Responsibilities were the same as with Advenda with the added

task of Outside Services Management.

ADVENDA

Channel Program Manager/Co-Owner 2001-2005

Orchestrated the startup of this sales/marketing consulting firm that

created distribution and other channel solutions for manufacturers

resulting in $50M in sales in 2005. As with any new business, I performed

multiple functions-Sales-Accounting-Shipping-Marketing-Engineering-Training-

Consulting. Grew the business from 2 business owners to a staff of 10

resulting in a successful buyout by Dekolink.

MOTOROLA

Program Manager 1999-2001

Recruited to coordinate beta testing & emergency situations. Managed major

software/hardware product development and launches for this communication

giant. Responsible for writing and managing the M4 Beta Test Gate.

ALLEN TELECOM

Program Manager 1996-1999

Selected to sell and program manage the implementation of in-building

coverage systems with focus in the international arena and responsibilities

in the domestic market as well. Enhanced presence in Asia-Pac that

resulted in an increase of $6.8M (Hong Kong-Beijing-Kuala Lampur-

Singapore).
