Summary:
Over thirty-five (35) years in the construction industry with an excess of over Five Hundred (500) Million
Dollars of completed work in a supervisory position. I have worked in the position of General Contractor, Site
Project Manager, General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Crew Chief,
Foreman and Carpenter. I have handled job scheduling, coordination, and field supervision of over two hundred (200)
men on self performing projects in addition to supervision and coordination of all subcontractors. I am experienced in
all phases of commercial, industrial, residential, office buildings, hospitals, factories, warehouses both tilt-up, precast
and cmu, custom homes, housing developments, multistory condominiums, multistory office buildings and interior
build outs and finishes. I have completed two (2) LEED Projects . I am fully experience with turnkey job
coordination and completion. I am experienced with following a project from pre-bid, awarded, preconstruction
including subcontractor selection, developing the schedule and updating progress, ground breaking to Certificate of
Occupancy. I am experienced in expediting the permit process as well as setting up walk thru permitting for larger
jobs. I have a State of Florida General Contractors License – License # CB036303 (inactive). I am a problem solver
and I enjoy responsibility.
