Managed hardware and software upgrades of the company's primary workflow

system.

. Coordinated rapid infrastructure expansion of the company's primary

workflow system four-fold to over 215 total Web, application, SQL

database and Citrix servers; the bulk of which was accomplished within

two years.

. Pioneered the company's use of VMWare ESX servers to economically replace
