analysis, and supervised annual employee review processes to insure

fairness, accuracy and compliance. Managed a "self-trusted" 40 1 (k) plan-

implementing a recruitment campaign resulting in a participation increase

of 45%; and conducted the ADP and ACP testing for the 401(k) plan. Led the

project implementation team for the Direct Deposit of payroll. Achieving an

82% initial participation rate and gaining 8.72 % labor/cost reductions.

Responsible for daily operation of the HR -Benefit and Payroll processes

for both exempt and non-exempt employees, including processing and

distribution of input from over 40 sites in the U.S.A. and abroad, all tax

payments and reporting, W-2 generation, account reconciliation, journal

entries and various government and corporate reporting as required.
