fairness, accuracy and compliance. Managed a "self-trusted" 40 1 (k) plan-
implementing a recruitment campaign resulting in a participation increase
of 45%; and conducted the ADP and ACP testing for the 401(k) plan. Led the
project implementation team for the Direct Deposit of payroll. Achieving an
82% initial participation rate and gaining 8.72 % labor/cost reductions.
